Skales Celebrates One Year Wedding Anniversary

Nigerian singer, rapper, and songwriter, Skales has expressed his joy and appreciation while celebrating his first wedding anniversary.

The Shake Body singer took to his social media to appreciate his wife, who he tagged “the love of my life.”

He wrote: “Ever since this day last year, my joy has known no bounds… This marriage has been a blessing to me. Happy anniversary to the love of my life.”

Skales also decided to share videos from his wedding day with everyone, a day he describes as “one of the most memorable days of my life.”

“As I celebrate my first wedding anniversary with my darling wife, I’ve decided to share with you all actual footages from one of the most memorable days of my life,” the rapper wrote.

Court Reverses Buhari’s ‘Illegal’ Sack of Ararume As NNPC Chairman

A Federal High Court sitting in Abuja has restored Senator Ifeanyi Godwin Ararume as non-Executive Chairman of the Nigeria National Petroleum Company (NNPC) Limited. The Court on Tuesday voided the sack of the businessman and set aside the January 17 removal done by president Muhammadu Buhari on the ground that the action of the President was arbitrary, unlawful and illegal. The judge, Inyang Edem Ekwo awarded N5bn against Buhari and the NNPCL to be paid to Ararume as damages for the wrongful sack and disruption of his appointment. Immediately, Ekwo ordered that Ararume be restored to office as a non-Executive Chairman of the NNPC, while declaring as null and void all decisions of the company’s Board of Directors carried out in the absence of Ararume. The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has warned corps members willing to participate in the 2023 general elections to be neutral and apolitical. Christy Uba, the acting director general of NYSC, disclosed this while addressing corps members on Saturday at the Mbaukwu/Umuawulu Permanent Orientation camp in the Anambra state’s Awka South Local Government Area. The 2023 Batch C members’ cultural carnival, which was held in Anambra, was observed by Uba. According to the acting DG, corps members’ participation in election duty is entirely voluntary, and those who do so are required to abstain from any unethical behavior that would jeopardize the fairness of the election or the program’s good name.
